There are places in this world where evil settles, thick as the murky bottom of a barrel.

One of those places is Harvest Hill, a quiet town in Kansas, surrounded by its endless wheat fields.
Since its founding, children have gone missing, only to return possessed by raiding demons, while cults devoted to dark forces take turns performing their rituals on the same cursed soil.

The last of them were the La Rosa family, a clan of occult mobsters who struck a deal with the Gradys: a pact that gave birth to the reaper of these lands, lord of terror and father of all the vanished souls that, once a year, return to town to feast on candy… and pain.
